Final Grades - COMP113 - Fall 2004 Semester

Yanni's Note:

It was a great semester.

Personally, I had a lot of fun teaching [what I think is] the most important course in computing science.
Why?  Well, COMP113 is the first course in programming, meaning that it shows students what programming is.  As such, I take it's importance very seriously, but at the same time see the value in treating the material as exciting and interesting.

Yet, as I think about it, the course was such a pleasure for me, not because of the topic or it's value, but because of you, the students.  I give you special recognition for giving me a treat each day I came to class.

So, for those students continuing in computing science, I hope you find it as challenging and enjoyable as I know it is.  If this is the only computing course you will take, then I wish you the best of success in your field of study (even if it isn't computing -sigh-).

Keep well, and have a great winter break.  If you see me in the hallway, don't forget to say, "hi," because you know I won't!!
